CAN I SELL MY PROPERTY IF IT HAS A LIEN?
Yes you can sell your property usually we'll try to carry over that over the price we offer for your property and pay for in the backend so you don't worry about it.
WILL YOU GIVE ME AN OFFER?
Yes! We'll definitely give you an offer. We will ask about the roof, AC, HVAC, Flooring, Plumbing. These are some questions you should be ready to answer or you can just tell us you don't know.
ARE YOUR OFFERS ALL CASH?
Yes! There are some special conditions where we may need some type of financing but for the most part 90% of our offers will be all cash.
HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT MY MONEY FOR MY HOUSE?
All properties will be different but we've done closes as soon as 7 days! Sometimes even sooner.
DO YOU SPEAK SPANISH?
